Policy/Terms

  • Only one discount can be applied per service. Coupon will not apply to specials.

  • MUST TYPE IN COUPON CODE BEFORE BOOKING. 

  • Non-refundable/transferable holding fee goes towards balance.

  • You will be able to re-book without a deposit, if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Follow your email guidelines in order to re-book on your own. Your only allowed to re-book ONCE. If you reschedule a second time your  APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

  • Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. Please call (if possible) and let me know when running late. After 15 minutes I will reach out to you via text then a phone call. No response 30 minutes after appointment your appointment will be canceled with notice.

  • Pictures will be taken after service for promotional purposes only. Please let me know if you do not want to participate.

    **APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE: it could go longer or shorter depending on your head size and amount of hair. Please be mindful when booking. Give yourself a 1-2 hour buffer when making plans after braid service.

Instructions:

  • Please  wash  and  blow dry your hair no more than 48 hours before appointment time. It doesn't have to be bone straight. If you don't use heat make sure you braid your hair while its wet the night before your appointment so that when it dries it will be stretched. Hair must be fully dried.

  • Do not get a hair cut before your appointment for knotless braids, unless you don’t care if the ends will stick out of the braids.

  • Hair must be at least  one  inch long.

  • Please do not expect for your hair to come out like someone else on our page. Your head is specific to you. If you have thicker hair then your braids will come out really full. If you have thinner hair your braids will come out slightly thinner. Peek Studio believe in hair health so we will not add more hair for a fuller look if your hair can not handle it and risk damage. Let us know if you do have thinner hair but still want a fuller look.

While clients may choose to exchange personal contact information with individual braiders at their own discretion, Peek Studio is not responsible for any arrangements, transactions, scheduling, or services performed outside of the studio booking system.

All braiders working within Peek Studio are made aware of the studio’s policies regarding client solicitation and professional conduct. Any attempts to redirect, solicit, or remove clients from the studio outside of approved studio policies may compromise the integrity of the business and the experience we work hard to provide. If a client ever feels pressured or uncomfortable regarding communication or solicitation outside of the studio, we ask that they notify Peek Studio immediately.

Peek Studio will not be held liable or responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

By booking with Peek Studio or using our website, you acknowledge and agree that any purchases, services, or use of information provided are at your own discretion and risk. Liability for any claim relating to purchases or services shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or order.
